
I don't normally stop people in the gym, but I couldn't help it. She was too fit not to. She ended up speaking with me for 49 minutes and told me everything about how she got so fit, why there is no such thing as "muscle toning" and her controversial opinion about Pilates. She also tackles the question we all want to know is, "Are men intimidated by you because you are so fit?" You will learn a lot from this video and I think this is the fittest woman I have ever interviewed.
