20. Master your emotions by Thibaut Meurisse - Part 1
It is often said that your thoughts determine your actions. On our journey of figuring out and learning what factors affect our mental wellness we came across this book by Thibaut Meurisse. Our emotions often contribute to our thoughts (easily a chicken and an egg situation ;)) and what actions we eventually take in line with those thoughts and emotions. Expanding on our previous book by Brene Brown, The Atlas of the soul, Thibaut goes even deeper on factors that affect our emotions and how to manage and eventually grow from them for actions more aligned to what we would like to experience.
