This stretched us out of our comfort zones as an introverted duo that is always recording in the privacy and comfort of our own homes respectively, we enjoyed every minute. Here's to many more opportunities that challange us to spaces that continue to contribute not only to our own healing but hopefully and God willing the world.

We can all agree that love is a beautiful thing when you learn how best to give to another and even to yourself as well as receive it. Without gently and patiently opening ourselves up to alternative ways of doing this love thing, and holding space for each other to eventually slowly embody these practices, it can easily become the leading cause for mental issues that can lead to dire consequences. What is love? How do you find it? How do you navigate it? How do you let it go? Who am I without a partner? These are a few of the questions that Jay Shetty helps us to find answers to through this much acclaimed book in recent times. This best seller aims to help you with your own definition of love and develop the skills to practice and enjoy love in all its forms daily.

We discuss what we learnt from the book ' What happened to you?' by Oprah Winfrey and Dr. Bruce Perry and how it resonates or contradicts with our lived experience in South Africa. The book looks at how our earliest life experiences shape our lives far down the road and provides powerful scientific and emotional insights into the behavioural patterns so many of us struggle to understand. In this episode we highlight some helpful solutions that will no doubt shed some light on your own wellbeing. Listen in. 🎤📝 Show your support by subscribing reviewing our podcast ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
