Heyyy there!
❓Have you ever felt the weight of loss so deeply that it reshaped the way you live — and wondered if grief is just sadness, or a quiet companion teaching you how to love differently?
In this episode — one of the hardest for me so far — I allow myself to be truly vulnerable, sharing from a place of pain. I explore the complex world of grief and loss, from early encounters with death as a teenager to the sudden passing of close friends and loved ones. We reflect on how grief changes shape over time, and how it can coexist with moments of joy, laughter, and love.
Inspired by Tara Ward, we explore practical and gentle ways to befriend our pain, honour those we’ve lost, and embrace self-compassion on the journey of healing. Because grief isn’t something to “fix.” It’s something to live with — and through it, we can learn to breathe again. 🌬️
Don’t forget to #staybrainted 💜
Wishing you moments of peace, even in the sadness 🧠🖌️
