CHAOS & GRACE: When the Plot Twist becomes your Teacher.

Heyyy there!

❓Have you ever found yourself spiraling the moment your plans fall apart — wondering why even the smallest plot twist can feel like everything inside you is collapsing at once?

In this episode, we dive deep into those chaotic moments when life shifts unexpectedly — from cancelled plans to emotional overwhelm — and explore how to stay grounded instead of losing your inner peace. We look at how ancient Stoicism (hi Marcus Aurelius) meets modern emotional wisdom (thank you Brené Brown), learn why naming your feelings actually calms the brain, and uncover simple, real-life tools to move through chaos with more clarity and self-kindness.

LOOK UP & RELEASE: Fun Facts for Headache & Stress Relief.

Heyyy there!

❓Have you ever had one of those weeks where your body speaks louder than your mind — and no matter how calm you try to be, the pain just doesn’t listen? That was me, not long ago.
Five days. Five full-blown migraine attacks.

In this short and mindful Get Brainted episode, I talk about migraines — yes, the real kind, not just headaches — and what it means to live with a body that sometimes just says “no.” From years of trial and error, I share a few small tricks and fun body facts that actually helped me relieve pain and tension.

From ancient acupressure points and peppermint oil rituals to the surprising science of simply looking up. Because sometimes, healing doesn’t mean doing more — it means pausing, breathing, and giving your body a little kindness. 🌿

This episode isn’t medical advice — I’m not a doctor, just a curious human experimenting, reading, and sharing what I learn.

Don’t forget to #staybrainted 💜 and share your own mindful migraine or stress-relief tricks on social media — I’d love to hear from you!

GRIEF & LOSS: When Pain Becomes a Quiet Companion.

Heyyy there!

❓Have you ever felt the weight of loss so deeply that it reshaped the way you live — and wondered if grief is just sadness, or a quiet companion teaching you how to love differently?

In this episode — one of the hardest for me so far — I allow myself to be truly vulnerable, sharing from a place of pain. I explore the complex world of grief and loss, from early encounters with death as a teenager to the sudden passing of close friends and loved ones. We reflect on how grief changes shape over time, and how it can coexist with moments of joy, laughter, and love.
Inspired by Tara Ward, we explore practical and gentle ways to befriend our pain, honour those we’ve lost, and embrace self-compassion on the journey of healing. Because grief isn’t something to “fix.” It’s something to live with — and through it, we can learn to breathe again. 🌬️

EXPECTATION SHIFTING: When Letting Go Brings You Closer.

Heyyy there!

❓Have you ever expected someone to show up — and they didn’t?

Not with a call, not with a personal explanation. Just silence —or just a text message.
It hurts, right? But sometimes, what breaks our expectations also opens our hearts in unexpected ways.

In this short episode, I quickly dive into how we can handle disappointment, control, and the quiet art of expecting differently.

From a deeply personal story about my vernissage — to exploring how letting go of “how things should be” can bring us closer to what truly is.

Because maybe, expectation isn’t about control — it’s about trust.

AI THERAPY: Smart Support or Digital Shortcut?

Heyyy there!

❓Have you ever opened up to an AI — maybe late at night when you couldn’t sleep — and wondered why it actually made you feel better?

In this short episode, I explore the curious world of AI therapy — the comfort of talking to something that doesn’t judge, and the limits of being “heard” by something that can’t really feel. Can a machine ever understand human pain, or is it simply holding a mirror to our own mind? Let’s quickly dive into what happens when technology meets emotion, and why the line between support and substitution might be thinner than we think.

Don’t forget to #staybrainted 💜 and share your reflections on social media.

EVEREST FEVER: Ego, Spirit & Respect.

Heyyy there!

❓Why do people risk everything to stand on top of the world — only to realize that Everest isn’t a mountain to conquer, but a mirror meant to humble us? 🏔️

In this episode, I dive into one of the world’s most fascinating and dangerous places: Mount Everest. A story we all think we know — but do we, really?
From the legends of Mallory and Irvine, Messner to the Sherpa heroes and the commercialization of the world’s highest peak, this episode explores what Chomolungma truly represents: humility, ego, spirituality, and the fine line between ambition and arrogance.
It’s not about facts alone — it’s about meaning. Because Everest is more than a mountain. It’s a mirror for our humanity. Tune in, take a breath, and let’s go deeper.

This episode is all about dissociation — that strange, quiet state of being “there, but not really there.” Together we’ll explore:

  • Why endless distractions like scrolling or gaming can feel safer than reality
