#004: Brock McLean, From Scoring Winning Goals in Front of 90,000 to a Mental Health Crisis

This is a truly inspiring story.

Brock McLean played 167 games at the highest level of Australian Rules Football. He's scored winning goals in front of tens of thousands of people, learnt what it takes to perform at an elite level & overcome the difficulties of life after sport.

Brock struggled with mental health, abusing drugs & alcohol culminating in suicide attempts. On his journey to climb out of dark places, Brock has learnt about the fundamental components of happiness & the promise of novel emerging psychedelic medicines.

He is now pursuing a career in the Psychedelic industry to help others who could benefit from the medicine.

Brock's story is incredible & I hope the insights from this podcast can help lots of people.
