For most of my life, I tried to “get it together.” But after a near-death experience and total life reset, I realized healing isn’t about forcing calm — it’s about understanding what’s really happening inside your body and mind. The name is a little tongue-in-cheek — because life is crazy, healing is messy, and sometimes the only way through it is to laugh while we learn. This podcast is about healing your mind, body, and spirit by getting real about what actually works — not quick fixes or bypassing, but true, embodied change.

Self Love Creates Reality — Why Self Love?

Self Love — Why Self Love?

Because what you think of yourself determines your vibration and ultimately your frequency. You shift in and out of vibrations all day long, and when your frequency changes, it’s because you’ve started to believe what you think of yourself. So you start working on the self love, and at first you vibrate back and forth — but you keep going higher and higher until you truly believe it. And then, boom, your frequency changes.

When your frequency changes, your point of attraction changes, and you begin attracting something new.

So how do you self love? You start walking toward your passion. And if you don’t know what your passion is yet, you begin by trying new things — the ones you’ve always wanted to try — until you discover what gives you that feeling of passion. You’ll feel it in your body. It’s the excitement, the spark, the dopamine hit that tells you where to keep going.

Why is that self love? Because it honors the parts of you that want to experience more — the parts that want to see what’s on the other side of fear, the parts that once believed in magic when you were little, the parts that still want to create something in this world. We came here to play and to create.

Some of us chose the hard level, so part of following your passion means confronting your fears and your pains. That means self love is also messy — and it means loving yourself anyway. Self love is loving all parts of you and the stories that made you who you are. If you reject any part of yourself or your story, you reject what made you you.

And you are perfect. Made beautifully. All your scars and experiences are colors on the canvas of the universe that make up you. If you never had the ups and downs, your canvas would only hold one color — and it would never reveal the depth and beauty that show who you are.

So you have to walk toward what moves you — what makes your heart sing or feel on fire. You have to love hard and treat others with love and kindness, because that creates self-kindness and more love within you. Everything in the universe is a two-way street of positive and negative. When you’re kinder and more loving to others, you create love and kindness for yourself. And when you’re loving and kind to yourself, you feel so good that you naturally radiate love and kindness outward.

It’s a circle — filling up your cup and the cup of others. It doesn’t take anything, and it’s free.

That’s where self love begins: by showing love to others whenever and wherever you can, by walking toward your passions, by trying new things. And when resistance or fear shows up, sit with it. Feel it in your body. Let the waves wash over you and pull your fears out to sea.

Then take the tools you’ve learned and apply them. Keep taking steps. Remember: you are everything. You are the matrix. You are the universe. Everything you experience is something you’ve created — to teach you, to move you into action, or to guide you away from what no longer serves you — all of it designed to bring you closer to what your soul truly wants and needs for its evolution.
