In this episode, I break down the 5 Steps to Shifting Your Reality—not as theory, but as something I mapped and tested in real life.
For years, I tried everything: different therapies, nervous system work, mindset tools, medications, healing modalities, and belief systems. Some helped temporarily. Some didn’t. What became clear over time is that everything links back to one root system: the human nervous system.
When the nervous system is dysregulated, it hijacks perception, behavior, identity, and choice. Chronic stress doesn’t just affect how we feel—it changes the body at a cellular level. Research shows that prolonged stress shortens telomeres, the protective end caps of DNA, until cells can no longer replicate properly. This is one reason chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, anxiety, depression, and burnout are so widespread.
But here’s the key distinction: we are not our bodies.
We don’t introduce ourselves by holding up our brain and spinal cord. The nervous system is an interface—not our identity.
In this episode, I explain:
Why so many healing approaches fail when they don’t address nervous system regulation
How past trauma, fear, and conditioning keep us tied to old identities and choices
Why shame and survival patterns make people hurt themselves and others
How success, money, and external validation repeatedly fail to bring fulfillment
I also share real examples—from history, culture, and my own life—of people who came from difficult circumstances and still changed the trajectory of their lives. The Beatles didn’t rise because life was easy. Many actors and public figures reached fame, money, and admiration—only to struggle deeply, turn to drugs, or die unhappy because the internal system was never addressed.
We’ve been taught that more money, more achievement, or more validation will finally make us feel whole. The evidence shows that it doesn’t. What actually changes a life is regulating the nervous system, reclaiming autonomy, and separating who we are from what we’ve been through.
I talk honestly about:
toxic family and relationship dynamics
how people stay stuck because of fear and shame
why growth can threaten others when they’re not ready to face themselves
and how real change begins when we stop identifying with the past and start stabilizing the system that’s running the present
This episode is the foundation of the 5-step framework I teach—because once the nervous system is supported, imagination returns, confidence builds, and life becomes flexible again.
Change is possible. Not because you force it—but because you restore the system that allows it.
In this episode, we dive into the mechanics of changing realities and how your present-day choices ripple backward through time. Using the science of retrocausality, we break down how a single shift in decision, identity, or state can move you into a new timeline—one where parts of your past never belonged to the version of you that lives there.
We explore why micro-choices matter, why your nervous system pulls you back toward old versions of yourself, and how consistency becomes the engine that rewrites your timeline. Through personal stories, quantum insights, and everyday examples, this episode shows how fear, conditioning, and epigenetics shape the realities we stay stuck in—and how awareness and choice open the door to something entirely new.
If you’ve ever felt the tension between who you’ve been and who you know you’re becoming, this episode gives you the blueprint for understanding the shift. Learn how reality reorganizes around your consciousness, why you remember old timelines even after you’ve moved on, and how stepping into your true self creates a past that finally supports your future.
In this episode, we dive deep into how your nervous system determines your financial reality—not your hustle, not your beliefs alone, but the body-level patterns you unconsciously broadcast. Keana shares her raw, stream-of-consciousness journey through money trauma, spiritual rewiring, and practical neurobiology, showing how regulating your system is the key to receiving more. From lottery winners who lost it all to quantum truths about certainty, this isn’t just mindset—it’s full-body reprogramming. Includes powerful tools like breathwork, EMDR-style techniques, and mirror modeling to help you stop resisting wealth and start holding it.
Listen if you’ve ever felt stuck, stressed, or like money just slips through your hands. This one will change how you feel money forever.
This episode breaks down the connection between the double slit experiment, the quantum field, and how your choices shape the reality you experience. I explain what “quantum” actually means, why consciousness is the real observer, and how the brain only reacts to limited information shaped by survival patterns and memory.
You’ll learn why indecision feels like friction, how timelines work on a practical level, and why you can feel a mismatch between what you want and what your nervous system feels safe choosing. I talk about the difference between consciousness-led choices and brain-led choices, what creates the feeling of being “off path,” and how to shift into the version of reality you actually want.
This episode ends with clear steps you can use to regulate your body, understand your cues, and align your daily choices with the reality your consciousness has already selected.

In this episode, we dive into how perception literally creates reality — and how your free will begins with the choice to see things differently. Every thought you repeat becomes a program, and over time, those programs build the version of reality you experience.
When you catch a negative story running in your mind, you can choose again. Say, “No, I’m not telling myself that story anymore,” and instantly visualize the new one you do want to live. Each time you do this, you rewire your brain and strengthen new neural pathways — until positivity becomes your natural state and your outer world begins to shift.
You’ll also learn a hands-on way to build your “Future Self Avatar” — a powerful visualization technique that lets you design your ideal self in vivid detail, step inside that version of you, and anchor it in your body through sensory awareness. Because shifting realities is magic — it’s neuroplasticity, imagination, and choice working together.
In this episode, we explore how negative self-talk doesn’t just stay in your mind — it rewires your entire body. Every harsh thought releases cortisol, keeping your system in fight-or-flight and cutting you off from your natural ability to feel. And when you can’t feel, you can’t create. You can’t sense the subtle shifts, the intuitive pulls, or the joy that signals alignment with your desired reality.
Your body is how you render reality — it’s the interface between energy and experience. So when self-talk turns critical, it floods the system with stress chemistry that numbs your sensitivity and keeps you looping in survival mode.
This episode dives into how to break that loop — how to speak to yourself in a way that reawakens the body, restores safety, and opens the pathways to create a reality that feels like home.
Self Love — Why Self Love?
Because what you think of yourself determines your vibration and ultimately your frequency. You shift in and out of vibrations all day long, and when your frequency changes, it’s because you’ve started to believe what you think of yourself. So you start working on the self love, and at first you vibrate back and forth — but you keep going higher and higher until you truly believe it. And then, boom, your frequency changes.
When your frequency changes, your point of attraction changes, and you begin attracting something new.
So how do you self love? You start walking toward your passion. And if you don’t know what your passion is yet, you begin by trying new things — the ones you’ve always wanted to try — until you discover what gives you that feeling of passion. You’ll feel it in your body. It’s the excitement, the spark, the dopamine hit that tells you where to keep going.
Why is that self love? Because it honors the parts of you that want to experience more — the parts that want to see what’s on the other side of fear, the parts that once believed in magic when you were little, the parts that still want to create something in this world. We came here to play and to create.
Some of us chose the hard level, so part of following your passion means confronting your fears and your pains. That means self love is also messy — and it means loving yourself anyway. Self love is loving all parts of you and the stories that made you who you are. If you reject any part of yourself or your story, you reject what made you you.
And you are perfect. Made beautifully. All your scars and experiences are colors on the canvas of the universe that make up you. If you never had the ups and downs, your canvas would only hold one color — and it would never reveal the depth and beauty that show who you are.
So you have to walk toward what moves you — what makes your heart sing or feel on fire. You have to love hard and treat others with love and kindness, because that creates self-kindness and more love within you. Everything in the universe is a two-way street of positive and negative. When you’re kinder and more loving to others, you create love and kindness for yourself. And when you’re loving and kind to yourself, you feel so good that you naturally radiate love and kindness outward.
It’s a circle — filling up your cup and the cup of others. It doesn’t take anything, and it’s free.
That’s where self love begins: by showing love to others whenever and wherever you can, by walking toward your passions, by trying new things. And when resistance or fear shows up, sit with it. Feel it in your body. Let the waves wash over you and pull your fears out to sea.
Then take the tools you’ve learned and apply them. Keep taking steps. Remember: you are everything. You are the matrix. You are the universe. Everything you experience is something you’ve created — to teach you, to move you into action, or to guide you away from what no longer serves you — all of it designed to bring you closer to what your soul truly wants and needs for its evolution.
In this episode, I say the 12 Strand DNA Activation and leave space for you to repeat it in your mind, or out loud. Repeating it out loud is best and if that feels weird, that is a sign that your nervous system does not believe the self agency that is being said out loud. You can change the words to match your level of comfort and you can breathe and give your nervous system time to metabolize and acclimate to the belief that you are installing into your brain/mind- using your neuroplasticity to re-wire your mind for self control. #healing #selflove #spirituality #reality #matrix Find full download script at keanalambert.com
In this podcast I go over examples on how I created my life based on my past and the frequency I was born into. I delve into how this creates a mindset that works for the balance of the simulation, but creates havoc in your life. I also describe how I have to go through all the pain and emotions that I supressed just to survive and why healing is so important to thrive. #healingjourney #awakening #traumahealing #simulation
In this episode, I break down what the 12 strands of DNA really are—not the scientific double helix, but the energetic and spiritual layers that store memory, power, and access. I walk you through how each strand connects to your healing, your nervous system, your emotions, your sense of time, and your ability to command reality.
This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you were before the programming—before the trauma, the fear, the stories.
We talk about what it actually looks like to activate all 12 strands, what changes in your daily life, and how to step into authorship in a world that taught you to survive, not create.
If you’ve ever felt like you're meant to do more than just heal… this is the episode.

In this episode, I share what it’s really like to live off-grid in an Earthship: a home built from natural and recycled materials, fully powered by the sun, and deeply connected to the rhythms of the Earth. But this isn’t just about solar panels and compost toilets—it’s about what happens inside when you remove the noise of modern life.
I talk about the spiritual awakening that unfolded through stillness, solitude, and survival. How being surrounded by dirt walls and desert sky cracked me open in ways I never expected. How spirit showed up when the signal bars disappeared. And how the silence helped me confront the parts of myself I had been avoiding for years.
In this episode of Calm Your Crazy, we take an honest look at manifestation. Does it really work? And if so, how? I break down the mechanics behind it—why your thoughts, emotions, and nervous system state shape what you experience, and how unprocessed wounds can block or distort what you’re trying to create.
You’ll learn:
What manifestation actually is (beyond wishful thinking).
How your beliefs, perceptions, and body state influence what shows up in your life.
Why unresolved pain can lead you to “manifest” more of the same patterns.
Practical ways to align your mind, body, and spirit so you’re creating from clarity instead of chaos.
This episode goes beyond hype and explains the real process of creating change from the inside out.

Episode 6 – Reclaiming Yourself
In this episode of Calm Your Crazy, we look at what happens when childhood trauma—especially growing up with a narcissistic parent—fractures your sense of self and how that wound shows up in adult life.
I explain how these early experiences create people-pleasing, self-doubt, and repeating painful patterns, and why they manifest physically as anxiety, health issues, and emotional exhaustion. More importantly, I share a roadmap for reclaiming yourself: recognising the pattern, re-parenting yourself, building self-trust, setting boundaries, and reconnecting with your spirit so you can stop living from the wound and start living from your truth.
This episode is about taking your power back and learning to become whole again, even if your past told you otherwise.

In this episode of Calm Your Crazy, I share how I began truly healing my wounds and what it means to become the author of your own story. We talk about why unhealed wounds keep repeating in our lives, and how to start taking back control of your mind and choices.
You’ll hear about:
Why healing the wound is essential for breaking cycles.
How power is taken from us—or given away—and how to reclaim it.
The role of self-trust and re-parenting in rewiring your mind.
My personal practice of sitting with pain, asking what it wants me to know, and patiently processing memories as they surfaced.
How spirit helps you step back, remind yourself the past is over, and create space for joy.
Why healing is a daily practice, especially when everyday life still brings triggers.
The core message: you are not stuck in the story your wounds wrote. Healing allows you to step into authorship and consciously create the life you want.

In this episode of Calm Your Crazy, I dive into how childhood and life wounds shape the body, the brain, and the choices we make—and how those wounds go on to shape the reality we live in. I explain why unprocessed pain doesn’t just stay inside but projects outward, creating repeating cycles of trauma and drama.
You’ll learn:
How wounds imprint on the nervous system, fascia, and brain wiring.
Why unresolved pain keeps showing up in your relationships, health, and daily choices.
How reality is “rendered” from your perception—meaning your wounds literally shape what you see.
Why spirit is the glue that brings mind and body back together.
A step-by-step process for breaking the trauma loop: awareness, regulation, feeling, self-validation, processing, reframing, spirit connection, embodiment, and moving into the Author State.
The core message: wounds create your reality until you step into healing. Spirit + healing = freedom to consciously author your life.

In this episode, I share the story of my near-death experience—what happened when I left my body, what I saw in the void, and the lessons I brought back. From the peace of becoming the darkness itself, to watching galaxies collapse and explode into new creation, to the realization that death is not an ending but a doorway—I walk you through the journey that forever changed how I see life.
I also talk about how this experience became the foundation for my own healing—how reconnecting to spirit allowed my mind and body to finally come back into balance. What I learned in the void taught me that healing isn’t just physical—it’s a deep alignment of mind, body, and spirit.
This is not just my story—it’s an invitation to see your own life differently, to remember that we are creators, and that everything is connected.
In this episode of Calm Your Crazy, I share my journey from childhood through the turning points that shaped my life today. I talk about growing up, the challenges I faced, and the health struggles that pushed me to the edge. I share my near-death experience and how it opened the door to a full spiritual awakening—becoming the starting point for deep healing of my mind and body.
