It’s 2026 and we’re talking New Year’s resolutions, well… sort of. Perrie, Harry and Ricci dive into the whole “New Year, New Me” mindset, and as usual, there are some very strong opinions on both sides. Ricci also confesses he attempted 75 Hard last year, though we’re not entirely convinced he understood the assignment.

For the first time, it’s just Perrie and the two men in her life her fiancé and her best friend, it’s giving throuple energy. A term Ricci is hearing for the very first time… and it’s safe to say he’s confused, shocked, and still confused. Meanwhile, it turns out Harry is all too familiar with the concept 👀

That opens the door to a bigger conversation around open relationships. Have you ever thought about setting “rules” that allow your partner to play away without it being classed as cheating? Or even inviting a third person into the bedroom?

We finish things off with a quick-fire round of BF vs BFF, as Ricci and Harry battle it out to see who really knows Perrie best.

We’re back… again! Merry Christmas from the Candid crew 🎄 Here’s part two of our Christmas Special!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year… well, not always.

This week, we’re diving into your Candid Confessions where Christmas gifts didn’t quite go to plan.

From Christmas Day engagements to “thoughtful” presents that turned out to be very thoughtful, for an ex girlfriend 👀!!! Perrie and Ricci are unpacking the ultimate gifting disasters.

And as always, they’re not holding back, with plenty of opinions… especially when it comes to Secret Santa. 😅🎄

Ricci is finally home from his travels in India, so the pair are long overdue a proper catch-up.

But before that, Perrie needs to address something important… bunions. If you’re mid-breakfast, we’re sorry. She’s looking for advice on managing the pain (or whether surgery is the answer), so if you’re an expert, or even if you’re not, let us know in the comments!

Ricci then gives Perrie a mini Hindi lesson, which goes about as well as you’d expect.

And finally, Perrie introduces the concept of Selfish Christmas. After a busy year, the couple have decided: no games, no presents, no 7am wake-up and tbh Ricci sounds absolutely thrilled.
