Vera Okojie is an award-winning consulting professional and accredited transformation coach with deep expertise in digital transformation, B2B sales, and management consulting within the fintech sector.
She currently supports major banking clients in optimising global digital payment strategies using the power of data and insight. Vera has led projects across Europe and served as the European Co-Chair of her company’s BME & Allies ERG, where she has driven impactful strategies for ethnic minority inclusion.
Her career includes work with Microsoft, Google, BCG, HSBC, and Blay, and she holds a BA in Philosophy with a technology placement from the University of Warwick, where she was awarded the university’s highest honour: the Outstanding Student Contribution Award.
