The charity sector is teeming with diverse roles and unique opportunities. We believe that it's a sector that enables individuals to make a difference in society, whilst also having a fulfilling career.
However, it also struggles with social mobility and has lower levels of diversity than reflected in the UK population, with clear barriers for entry for those from lower social-economic backgrounds and/or ethnic minorities.
Join Kathryn, Davina, and Tanisha as they discuss these issues and how they affect young people as well as spotlighting the changes happening in the sector to make it more inclusive.
Thanks to Kathryn Eastwood (EY Foundation Director of Income and Employer Partnerships), Davina Majeethia (Head of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion at Nesta), and Tanisha Zaman (EY Foundation alumni and ambassador).
