This weeks podcast is about things that you can do with your partner, obviously there is the usual banter by myself which has nothing to do with the actual podcast and I sing at the end as well. For any James Blunt fans out there, yes you guessed it I am a little off key! Christmas can be a lonely time though, so you can do quite a few of these things on your own or with your dog, you don't need to be part of a couple. And Christmas is just one day, you don't have to enjoy ...

Happy New Year to all my listeners. At the beginning of every year I like to reflect on myself and my situation. What doesn't work, what I want to change about myself, what things I enjoyed doing and what I want to do more of. What things that I didn't enjoy and want to do less of next year. Join me on this podcast as I review myself and set myself some personal goals for 2026. If you are doing this yourself remember to make sure they are SMART, specific, measurable, a...
I was so organised in December preparing my news rant in advance, then forgot to publish it after too much Christmas Sherry. Sorry for the wait here it is.

Welcome to this months news rant, I am not too ranty this month, the Christmas spirt it has clearly kicked in. I have recorded this one a week early though, so if the end of the world happened, if Jesus returned or any other significant event then I will have missed it and it will be in Decembers podcast.
People are facing financial challenges this year, so instead of breaking the bank trying to buy everyone a Christmas gift, why not make something instead. I come up with a few different Christmas gift ideas that won't break the bank and that you can make yourself. This way you can tailor gifts to the person that they are for and get them something that they will actually use. Remember Christmas is a time to be spent with family friends and loved ones, time is the gift not j...
I bet your expecting a strange tale about mold that has become an apparition. Sorry this week the podcast is about ghostly sightings in and around the town of Mold in North Wales. A replacement to the usually have a go at something new, as I have been ill with COVID all week and not been well enough to interview the person that I had in mind so that one will now be in January.
As we are quite close to Bonfire Night I am reminding everyone of a couple of unsolved murders that occurred on Bonfire Night. Firstly I tell the story of Michaela Hague who was killed on Bonfire Night in November 2001. Then I have a look at a couple who were shot dead at their garage. If you have any information on any of these then please contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
As this weeks podcast is the day after Halloween, its a ghostly topic, its about Chester Ghosts, Chester being the most haunted city in the UK per square foot. The tour is really interesting Mr Bumble and I headed off on it and its great value at £10 per person. Have a listen to the podcast to hear about some of Chester's most famous ghosts, one of whom Sarah even made the local paper.
There is no need to listen to the depressing news, instead just have a listen to my Monthly news rant where I cover a few things that have annoyed me this month.
This year I have seen a drive to get women into golf with various offers being advertised. I thought that golf was an expensive hobby and not really accessible to everyone. However that is not actually the case, have a listen to this weeks podcast to find out how to get started and which club you need. Have a look at my social media this week as well to watch me having a go at it.
After all these years of staying silent, its time to admit the truth, it's me, I am the girl from the subway and this is my story about how I worked out for certain that it was me. But its not just the one song that is about me, there are also quite a few others. Its also a thank you to James for writing some lovely songs and I am happy that I was able to provide him with some inspiration as his muse who some of the songs are about.
This week the cold case that I am looking at is the disappearance and murder of Melanie Hall. Melanie was someone's daughter, sister, friend and the person that ended her life and discarded her like a piece of rubbish is still out there, so please anyone that knows or suspects anything, please get in touch with Crimewatch 0800 555 111.

I was a bit too scared to go at night have a listen to find out why!
If you do what you always do, you will get what you always get. So if you want to change and grow, then you have to embrace change, push yourself out of your comfort zone and do something different. This month for me its Netball, find out what I got up to and how it all went.
Welcome to the first in a new format of Podcast Topics, I will be looking at different Cold Cases each month.
