I Forgive That Man: What Forgiveness Does to the Body and Soul

In this week’s episode of Rooted and Restored Wellness, Cassie opens up about the life-changing power of forgiveness—spiritually, emotionally, and physically.


Drawing from Erica Kirk’s moving words at her husband Charlie Kirk’s memorial, Cassie reflects on the compassion in Erica’s voice as she forgave the young man responsible for his death. That moment of grace points us back to Christ’s example and what true forgiveness looks like in action.


Cassie also shares her own personal story of forgiveness after the murder of a beloved family member—and how choosing to forgive, even before the feelings followed, became a pathway to freedom.


Finally, she ties this into health by exploring how unforgiveness can actually show up on an HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) test. From calcium shells to low potassium, unresolved anger to chronic stress patterns, the body carries what the heart refuses to release.
