If You Don’t Believe It Works… It Won’t: The Mindset Mistake Keeping Christian Women Burned Out

If you don’t truly believe a program will work, it won’t. In this episode I explain why mindset and alignment — not just workouts or another “fix” — decide whether healing actually sticks. I share my own experience: joining a popular program while still depleted, triggering PMDD and intrusive thoughts, and learning that calorie deficits, fiber-heavy plans, or one-size-fits-all fixes can worsen stress, anxiety, and fatigue when your head and heart aren’t in agreement.
