REASON 1 - YOU CAN - democracy is a precious right, and not something we should take for granted. Protests in China and Chile are examples of what the alternative looks like. Change is slow, and voting is not going to solve everything, no. BUT, it helps! It’s harm reduction! REASON 2 - Pharmacare - people need meds and a lot of them are very expensive. If you don’t have coverage through work, a lot of people cant afford the prescriptions they need to live. REASON 3 - Indigenous Land Sovereignty REASON 4 - Climate Change REASON 5 - Dental coverage REASON 6 - Electoral Reform REASON 7 - Having a PM who hasn't worn black/brown face, and doesn't prop up white supremacy REASON 8 - Sex worker rights REASON 9 - Abortion rights and access REASON 10- Trans rights and access to healthcare REASON 11- Arts funding REASON 12 - Public Education funding REASON 13 - Housing access REASON 14 - The opioid crisis REASON 15 - Billionaires not being taxed REASON 16 - Free speech being used to prop up hate speech at public institutions
