About: Author Kenneth Davids has observed, documented, and participated in the specialty coffee movement continuously since its inception over forty years ago. He has published three books on coffee previous to this one, all appearing in multiple editions, and is co-founder and Editor-in-Chief of the Web publication CoffeeReview.com, which since its launch in 1997 has provided coffee reviews and analysis to nearly one million unique visitors per year. His workshops and seminars on coffee sourcing, tasting and evaluation have been featured at professional coffee meetings throughout the world.
