In honor of Penn Relays happening on campus this week, Glynn and Anusha talk with several students in this week's episode to learn of the various ways College students can engage with fitness and recreational activities. Whether it be through club sports, intramural sports, or even just taking fitness classes at Pottruck, there are many ways you can get your body moving and find recreation on campus to get involved with.

In this week's episode, Anusha and Glynn have the chance to discuss a very special topic, the student workforce. Students work everywhere across campus and make up a large portion of the university's operations, from work-study positions in departments to research labs to even the College Houses. Hear from two students in this week' episode who currently are working positions at Penn and their experiences being part of the student workforce, how their work has impacted their academics at Penn, as well as the advice they have for students seeking a student worker position at the University.

To continue our First Friday Focus series this semester with College Alumni, Glynn and Anusha sit down with College Alumna, Randi Michel, C’91 to learn about how the classes she took in Communications and Media at Penn shaped her career trajectory as a Talent Manager and Emmy Award-Winning Producer. Randi is currently a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania in the Department of Cinema & Media Studies where she teaches a course on Artist Representation and was a guest this semester for the College Alumni Mentoring Series (CAMS).

In this week's episode, Glynn and Anusha highlight the many opportunities to engage with creative and art spaces on Penn's campus. In this episode of College Voices, Anusha and Glynn sit down with several members of the Penn community to talk about mentorship. Hear from Amanda St. Paul, Associate Director of First Exposure to Research in Biological Sciences (FERBS); Kaitlin Irvine, Assistant Director of Advising Services & Academic Support, and Michele Margolis Associate Professor of Political Science to hear their perspectives on the importance of mentorship, and advice on what to look for in a mentor and where to search for one. In addition to these interviews, also hear from several students in the College about how they found their mentors and the benefits of forming these relationships.
