As we continued in our Devoted series, this week we had the opportunity to hear from some of our amazing Serve Team members about their experiences being a part of a Compassion team. Serving is a powerful part of our relationship with Jesus. When we serve, we learn and grow spiritually in our walk with the Lord. Serving allows us to experience the joy and the blessing of community with other believers using their gifts for God's kingdom glory. We also have the unique opportunity to see what God is doing and be a part of His life-changing work here and now. When we take that bold, obedient step to serve, we open ourselves up to the reality of living in joyful service to our all-sufficient God.
