Teil 2: Leadership, Kultur & die Metapher der „Passat“ Im zweiten Teil geht es um die Menschen hinter der Technologie. Alexander Houben spricht über die Unternehmenskultur bei JHT, die auf Vertrauen, Teamgeist und Agilität basiert. Symbolisch steht dafür die Viermastbark „Passat“, ein legendäres Segelschiff aus dem Jahr 1911.
