For nearly a decade, we at Construction Sport have been shouting it from the rooftops: sport is one of the most powerful, stigma-free ways to support ones mental health, especially in construction.
Now, we have Dr Luke Hands joining us on the pod, a man with a whole PhD in Mental Health in Construction, and who has the data and research to prove that what we've been advocating is spot on.
This is the moment we’ve been waiting for - Luke breaks down his papers & findings that confirm that every match, every trek, every run, every event - it all matters.
Watch the full episode and join the movement to make mental health in construction about action, not just awareness.
