Taking leaps of faith, big and small, is something everyone does. In this episode, I’m talking to Junior Nyemb, who gives those stories of leaps a place to live and be shared with others. His Instagram Live Series LEAP is what prompted me to want to start the Content to Create a podcast. You’ll want to hear about his biggest leap and how he says restlessness can serve us well.
Junior is an entrepreneur, brand strategist, writer, and speaker from Cameroon. He is committed to helping people and companies find the truest expression of who they are and the contribution they want to make in the world.
He spent almost a decade at Wingate University. His role as the University’s Brand and Content Director helped give him the confidence to start a brand consultancy called Grio. He currently serves as chief empathy officer, leading all brand development and brand strategy efforts. His vision is a world with more empathetic leaders, organizations and brands.

About Me:
Hi, I'm Megan, a former TV news producer turned freelance content creator. While searching for the elusive work-life balance, I realized I had built my life around my work when really it should be the other way around. So I clocked out of clocking in and decided to take on a workload that made sense for me – and my family.
Within my first year, I was able to spend priceless quality time with my girls while matching my full-time salary, leaving me content to create.
