
Welcome to the second podcast in the short series dedicated to Self Love.
In this conversation, we explore the concept of the shadow and how it relates to self-love. The shadow represents the parts of ourselves that we try to hide or deny, but it's important to acknowledge and embrace these aspects in order to fully love ourselves.
How did these selves come into being and which of their qualities did we disown?
We bury parts of our subconscious mind because we judge ourselves, we feel ashamed and not good enough, at times even scared of our power and magnificence.
During this podcast we touch on the importance of cultivating Self Love instead of searching for external validation, and on the need to own all of our qualities of being.
When we integrate our shadow we become whole, and loving ourselves and the others becomes much easier.
We have also channeled a meditation of self-discovery to learn how to embrace your shadow, allow it to be seen and become a fully recognised part of you in order to love yourself more fully.
