1) First, pick a niche and learn it inside out. Talk to real people. Learn their headaches.

2) Then make tiny tools that fix one problem fast—think calculators, checklists, or a simple guide—and give one away every two weeks.

3) Post it where your people actually hang out (industry forums and online groups, not just random social feeds).


That’s your steady lead machine.

But be sure to keep a human in the loop for anything customer-facing.


It's not about automating the soul out of your business. It's about knowing who you serve, and saying no when it’s not a fit. That “no” makes room for better "yes's" later.
