Had a talk with Sam’d Aziiz (aka Coach Sam) who is a pro body builder, current WABA champion in his category and personal fitness coach. He talks about his decision to drop his footballing ambitions and become a body builder instead as a way of reinventing himself. He prides himself in his profession as something that “keeps people away from doctors” and his motivation to keep doing it as a sheer desire for a healthy lifestyle. He also talked about how a healthy lifestyle is important for anyone to be able to do their job properly anyways, and should not be neglected. On the body building side of things, he mentions that everyone who picks up weights or trains is in fact a body builder, and he also talked about how bodybuilding as a profession is looked down upon and not valued by some people, even though they don’t know what it’s about. Had a conversation with Joshua Okpanachi who is a medical doctor at the Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital (ABUTH), Zaria, Nigeria; and he spoke about his journey through medical school and how it was important for him to work with others and mentors. He mentioned how he has "always wanted to be a doctor" right from when he was a kid. He also talked about how difficult it is to lose patients in the ward and how it could be emotionally draining, but he still does it well, as he feels he has got something to offer the community he is in by serving them in that way. He interestingly related the tough exams that had to be taken in Medical school and the failure that comes with it sort of trained him to withstand tough situations like a patient dying and then pick himself up and go take care of the next patient. Had a conversation with Ibrahim Isaac who is the CEO of Frontdreams. He owns a company that specializes in web solutions and digital marketing. We spoke about his journey to being the CEO and the challenges he has faced up until this point. He has come to realize that being the CEO isn't about being a boss.

In this episode, had a chill conversation with Samuel Ikanyi, famously known as R3DLIGHT, who is a music producer and music enthusiast about the state of music and how there is a very unpopular community around EDM music in Nigeria. He explained how he started to go into music production initially as a hobby and now something he sees doing full time.

Had a casual convo with Temi who is a Cyber security consultant and tech enthusiast on her career and her journey so far. She mentioned the steps she took in order to get into her career and how it wasn’t a path she studied at the university for. She also said how she’s come to realise that progressing in career is not all about the technical aspect of work but also has to do with soft skills and how well one can build relationship at work.

I talked to Victor Amupitan who has been working professionally as a software engineer for 3 years now and he shared with us how it is like being in his career. He joked at being labelled a tech bro despite not liking the label it’s actually true that he spends most of his time working on tech. He expressed how he has been able to be passionate about tech and having a career in it as well. He said he likes the fact that he has been able to work on projects that have been used by a lot of people.

In this episode, Ozie talks to us about his struggles trying to navigate school and learning. He expresses his pain while doing a course he felt he was supposed to do as drowning up until a point that he realized, that's actually not what he was supposed to do. He also talked about how tough the decision was because he was scared of how people will view him. All in all he has now finally understood what learning was all about and aims to help younger people make more informed decisions earlier.

In this episode, we have Sambo tell us what he success in education means to him, and how it means the ability to actually implement knowledge learned. He tells us how most people would associate getting a degree to being educated, and that's however not the case as it turns out more people are looking to technical skills than just a degree. He also points out that he enjoys the networking part of school as most of the friends and connections he has made came from being at the school.

In this episode we hear Osundoja tell us about his journey into investment. He states that one major drive to keep investing is to leave a legacy for those coming after him. He also goes on to state that he sees investment as a way to gain financial freedom as he realizes that the more he invests the more financially free he becomes, even though it may seem all good, sometimes you can invest blindly (although not advised) and get a huge return. One thing he learned recently is that you can't always be right, even after doing your due diligence because you can still invest and lose it all. He talked about the interesting strategy that his father implemented to be able to teach he and his siblings how to invest, although at that time it wasn't making sense, but after growing up it has made so much sense.

I had a sit down conversation with Dotun Aka Mr Charis and we spoke about real estate and what is involved in it. He spoke about his journey into real estate and all the joys and hassles that are involved in it. Apparently everyone is involved with real estate just that some people are paying for it while others are earning from it. He also gave some tips on what to do when anyone wants to get into real estate.
