Today the boys talk about the patriots, week 11 of the NFL season, some trivia, and the past week in the NBA.
They start off by talking about the big Patriots win, and how the Jets are crumbling. Then they talk about the Chiefs and the tough position they are in.
They talk about the Cincinnati Bengals and how Ja'marr Chase put them in a really bad spot by getting suspended after spitting on Jalen Ramsey. They talk about how the Eagles, Lions, and Packers have all been disappointing, and the Rams and Matthew Stafford look like the best in the NFC.
Then the boys see if they can name the top 10 leaders for tight ends receiving yards of all time and Alex tries to name 18 QB's better than Trevor Lawrence. They finish off by talking some NBA and keeping 3, and cutting 5 white NBA players.

The Dodgers and Blue Jays went to 11 innings and on the back of their MVP Yoshinobu Yamamoto the Los Angeles Dodgers became the first repeat champions in the MLB in 20 seasons. This brought to light a larger conversation about whether or not the MLB needs a salary cap and if it will impact the beginning of the 2024 season. Then they spoke about the NFL Trade deadline and how the Cowboys were the big winners of the day. The Jets dealt away defensive stars Quinnen Williams and Sauce Gardner, and the Patriots did nothing. The boys then spoke about week 9 of the NFL. How the Patriots had their most important win of the season, and the Bengals find the most entertaining ways to lose every week. The Colts lost to the Steelers after committing 5 turnovers and the Bills outlasted the Chiefs for their fifth straight regular season win against the Chiefs. They finished with their weekly picks segment. Then they spoke about this week in the NBA. Topics such as the Ja Morant situation going on in Memphis, and the Chicago Bulls being such a fun team. They finished with their weekly picks and ended the show.
Today on the show the boys talk about whatever daylight savings time is. Then they dive into a debate about how the MLB is not being covered enough on major sports networks. Game 3 of the World Series went 18 innings, and you can't find coverage of it anywhere. Shohei Ohtani got on base 9 times and Freddie Freeman ended it with a walk off home run. Then in game 4, the Blue Jays did the impossible and won on the back of a Vladimir Guerrero Jr. home run, as he continues to be the best hitter in baseball.
Then they talked about the NFL and how Jack thinks the Patriots aren't gonna lose again this season. They talked about which teams are frauds such as the Falcons, the Niners and the Bengals. They also talked about who was for real like the Colts, the Chiefs and the Ravens. They talked about what happened to the Cowboys this week in Denver in a loss to the Broncos, as well as the Bills being back to their usual selves.
Then the boys did a full analysis on NFL head coaches who will or will not be fired after this season.
Then Alex analyzed the NBA and told everyone that it is time to start watching every game that Victor Wembanyama plays. He said that Giannis is the MVP favorite, as well as Sixers rookie VJ Edgecomb being the early favorite for ROTY. The boys had a debate about whether or not the Dallas Mavericks are handling Cooper Flagg properly, and whether or not the Chicago Bulls are the most fun team in the NBA.
They finished out by making their weekly NFL picks, as well as their new format of NBA picks as well which they are debuting this week.
Today the boys talk about game 7 of the ALCS, and how the Toronto Blue Jays outlasted the Seattle Mariners. They also talked about how Shohei Ohtani put up the best performance in MLB history with 6 innings pitched, no runs, 2 hits and 10 strikeouts. He added 3 home runs as well.
Then they did an entire NBA tier list ranking for every team in the league. They ranked them based on Finals Favorite, Contender, Frisky, Play-In Purgatory, and Tankathon.
They finished by talking about week 6 of the NFL. They talked about how the Patriots look like they might be the favorites for the AFC East, and how the Unc Bowl between the Steelers and Bengals was cinema. Then they discussed the ways in which the Giants completely blew their lead against the Broncos, as well as why London games are losing their excitement. They finished off with Monday night football and how Jack does not believe there should be Monday night doubleheaders and whether or not the Seahawks are for real.
Weekly picks ended the show, with Alex taking the lead after 7 weeks coming off a 5-0 week, but Jack trails closely behind after a 4-1 week of his own. Oh, and P.S. you can't beat the boys.
