Cosmic Tea Time

"Cosmic Tea Time" is a podcast where I interview people who I've met on my journey through the arts, creativity, meditation and consciousness. My aim is to inspire people to investigate their own presence. I hope you will find both joy, meaning and inspiration from listening to these talks.

My name is Philip Larsson. I am a songwriter, musician, singer and music producer who have been curious about meditation since childhood. About ten years ago I met an order of monks and learned their meditation techniques. Along the way, I have met many wonderful new friends and inspiring teachers.

Garuda Ishaya: Meditation, Silence & Awareness

Garuda Ishaya is an Ishaya monk, meditation teacher, and a Sanskrit scholar. I'm very happy to have him on the show as he is a big inspiration for me. The way he puts things into words really resonates with me. I think it's clear that he doesn't just talk out of mere intellectual concept or ideas but from direct experience, which makes all the difference in the world.

You can contact Garuda at garudaishaya108@gmail.com

You can also find more about Garuda's work at The Vedanta Project on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/thevedantaproject/

He also occasionally posts videos on his YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@garudaishaya127
