"Cosmic Tea Time" is a podcast where I interview people who I've met on my journey through the arts, creativity, meditation and consciousness. My aim is to inspire people to investigate their own presence. I hope you will find both joy, meaning and inspiration from listening to these talks.
My name is Philip Larsson. I am a songwriter, musician, singer and music producer who have been curious about meditation since childhood. About ten years ago I met an order of monks and learned their meditation techniques. Along the way, I have met many wonderful new friends and inspiring teachers.

Garuda Ishaya is an Ishaya monk, meditation teacher, and a Sanskrit scholar. I'm very happy to have him on the show as he is a big inspiration for me. The way he puts things into words really resonates with me. I think it's clear that he doesn't just talk out of mere intellectual concept or ideas but from direct experience, which makes all the difference in the world.
