Just a little bit about Matthew, in his own words:
I am many things in this world but first and foremost I’m a son of God. A son to two wonderful parents and a husband to an amazing woman who I love deeply and who I get to parent our wonderful children with. Claudia and I strive to be the best parents to our children as we possibly can be and have found success blending our family over the last 7 years. We are Blended Family Mentors who help other families reach their household harmony as well. I am also a recovering addict with 7 years clean who helps others get and stay clean. These are my two passions in life. If you are struggling there is help out there for you.
I'm so grateful for this conversation with Matthew Whittaker. If you or anyone you know are struggling with addiction, please check out the resources below or DM me and I will be happy to help you find a local community for support.

Life during and after my divorce was wild. I had to learn how to reconnect with myself in a way I had never had the space or freedom to do.

None of us want to lay in bed wondering if there is more to life than how we are living. I lived with that exact question for years. In this episode I share my experience of loss and creating the life that allows me to be free, full of joy and purpose.
