I hit rock bottom and realised that what led me to this point wasn't just my toddler going through the terrible 2's, but putting pressure on myself to post every single day. After some self reflection I've re-considered what consistency can look like for me in my current life at home and work. In this episode I share some ideas on how you can make small consistent incremental changes to your day to have a compound effect over time.
