The cause and manner of death for Christopher Scholtes have been determined by the Maricopa County Medical Examiner's Office. Scholtes was scheduled to surrender to court officials in Pima County in November after pleading guilty to 2nd degree murder in the death of his daughter, Parker. Christina Formella faces more than 50 felony charges related to allegations that she groomed and sexually abused a teenage boy when she was a special education teacher at South Downers Grove High School in Illinois.
