Psalms 121:1-8 NKJV
[1] I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help?
[2] My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.
[3] He will not allow your foot to be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber.
[4] Behold, He who keeps Israel Shall neither slumber nor sleep.
[5] The Lord is your keeper; The Lord is your shade at your right hand.
[6] The sun shall not strike you by day, Nor the moon by night.
[7] The Lord shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul.
[8] The Lord shall preserve your going out and your coming in From this time forth, and even forevermore.
Jeremiah 29:11 also tells us that God has good plans, excellent ones at that, for you and I. Thoughts of good, of peace to give us an expected end (another version says a future and hope).
It might be hard, it might be tough but lean on God. He's strong enough to bear these for you.
I love you and God loves you even greater than I do love you ❤️
For the past weeks I've been away from here, I have been a beneficiary of God's reckless love in so many ways I cannot describe. God love is sufficient and readily available to everyone. all we have to do is receive the love he has given.
Let this mind be in you this week and beyond❤️

A friend of mine tells me time and again, especially on days I'm about to make rash decisions based on the way I feel, that "You're not your feelings" and she's right.
This episode was recorded because I'm learning to control my emotions and I don't want to hoard my process to myself. I want you to be a part of it. I also hope this blesses you.
With love,
Adebola ❤️
We all stepped into 2025 with hearts wide open; full of dreams, drive, and the energy to make them real. But life has a way of making us drift, and sometimes we forget what we once promised ourselves.
Think of this little check-in as a gentle nudge to pause. Take a deep breath, sit with your thoughts, and write your way back to what truly matters. Let these pages hold the things you need to reset, the promises worth keeping, and the whispers of what still calls your name.
As you write, may you find the courage to build simple, kind systems and shape plans that feel true and possible.
But most of all, hold this truth close: *unless God helps a person, all striving is empty.* Invite Him in. Let His plans breathe life into yours, and let Him carry you where your own strength ends.

Dear Deyinoluwa, you're evolving!
I remember how much I've learnt and how much I've grown and I'm super grateful for how much God has been showing himself.
I hope you enjoy the episode and take my last 2 lessons personal😂. Ciao ✨
God is limitless. Why confine him to your plans?
