S1:E4: police brutality and why we should defund the police

In the fourth episode of Dear Gen Z, we covered the very popular topic of police brutality. Throughout the episode, we'll go through the history of how the police became what it is. We'll briefly cover the movements of ACAB, defund the police, and abolish the police and I'll give my opinion on them. After that, we'll go over how qualified immunity and access to military weapons have fathered a police culture that breeds the mentality that policemen are tools of the state, they can get away with anything they want and are there to scare people into obedience. All in all, this episode will hopefully give y'all a new perspective on ACAB and other trends about police brutality and will motivate you to try and find some solutions to this ever-increasing problem.
