Yesterday, I embarked on a solo 12 hour hike that spanned 20 miles off grid in complete solitude. No podcasts, no music, no company, no one else but me and my thoughts. Today? I'm physically aching everywhere, but my heart, soul and mind are the best they've ever felt. Tune into to hear more about my journey and what lessons I learned out there alone both in my mind and out in nature.
We're getting vulnerable and honest over here, ya'll. Please be kind when tuning in, this was not an easy episode for me to share, but I'm doing so in hopes that someone gains the clarity they need to move forward in their life with the tools that helped me make a life altering decision for my highest good. Today’s episode features Charlie Kieswetter, attachment theory expert and content creator. I found Charlie scrolling Tik Tok while navigating my own healing journey in relation to my attachment style and how it effects my relationships.
This is a highly personal and deeply intimate discussion about the different attachment styles that impact our relationships, learning our core inner wounds, navigating no-contact periods, what it feels like being "ghosted" for the first time (especially with an anxious attachment style), what it's like dating in 2022, what's so great about Tik Tok these days and how to find love while you're still "in healing."
