The Nike Swoosh. It is one of the most recognizable logos in the world. Few logos are more recognizable than the NIKE swoosh. Other than the APPLE and Coke's cursive. We have all at least seen or wore pair of sneakers with Nike swoosh.
You might imagine that an image so iconic would have been designed by an important advertising or branding firm that was paid millions to come up with the advertising scheme. But you’d be wrong if you thought that. In reality, the NIKE Swoosh was designed by graphic designer Carolyn Davidson in 1971 while Studying at the University of Portland.

A logo is a symbol or small design element which is used to represent the brand in this competitive market. It is just a mark without any value when we make a logo but after we engage it in the market with other businesses. It represents our business, value, quality, the culture of our brand.
After you finish it, you will know how to design a perfect logo for any business which will help you to guide when you have no idea where to start from.
Artificial intelligence is going to be more and more powerful. it's here to replace the small design businesses, Each year we see new tools which promote you can design yourself. you don't need designers to pay for it, it is targeting mainly the creative field. We will go deep on this subject in some future so look out for it,
According to a great designer Sagi Haviv, a good logo should represent 3 things.
It needs to be Appropriate.
Appropriate doesn't mean expressive should not try to say a whole lot, it just needs to be appropriate in the feelings so it's like a personality thing. if it's in sports it must be bold and dynamic and if it's in fashion it may be elegant.
It needs to be distinctive and memorable.
A logo needs to be unusual enough to persist in our minds. if we see it once or twice you can describe it to somebody and doodle it on a piece of paper.
It needs to be simple.
the most important is it needs to be simple, super simple so it can be reproduced in any format easily on pixel size or on a big billboard and so on,
The fusion between something simple and distinctive is what you should push for.
