Renowned architect and interior designer John Saladino took inspiration from the 2003 film Girl With a Pearl Earring for the Veranda townhouse. Based on the story behind Dutch master Johannes Vermeer's 17th century portrait of a servant girl named Griet, the film incorporated Vermeer's iconic themes of light and geometry, which Saladino echoed in the townhouse. He designed the space for an imaginary couple whose primary home is somewhere outside of New York and who purchased a pied-à-terre in Soho. Visit DesignerVisionsOnline.com for more.
