Episode 187: They should've blown up! Feat: Dula

In this episode, Dula and I run down a list of artist that we were just certain they were going to blow up on the rap scene, but never did. Whether it was because of intangibles or no label support, these artist just had extreme potential and never reached their zenith . We also go down the rabbit hole of rap crews that had the star rapper as the head of the label and how many artists have failed under them. Great hip-hop talk HAPPY HOLIDAYS from the Don’t overthink it Podcast.

Episode 169: Doing Everything for New Money: The Chadd Scott story.

This episode was a long time in the making. This gentleman prefers to keep a low profile and doesn't like being in front of cameras, let alone microphones. But with persistence, we have the man of the hour, Chadd Scott. If you were in Harrisburg last weekend and saw Musiq Soulchild, you saw what he's capable of planning. Chadd sat down with Dula and myself, and we discussed everything from how he became a producer and got engulfed in hip-hop to his jail time, getting focused, and coming out to hit the ground running with comedy shows, white parties, and more. We also journeyed into how he ran Midtown Soul, which was a staple in Harrisburg's music scene, right alongside The Music Man. Then, we discuss one of his biggest ventures: creating The District. It's an amazing and inspirational story from one of Harrisburg's best promoters. Enjoy!

If you haven’t seen fantastic. Four and superman, you can skip this episode. But if you have, or had some questions about some of the heroes villains, etc., this is your episode. Vinny and Bruce, who are comic book aficionados answered all of my surface level movie questions being that I am novice when it comes to the full story of fantastic four & Superman. Most of today’s episode is answering questions. Like how powerful is Franklin, Mr. fantastics Stretching. Ability. Pause. Superman and what’s in store for the DC universe. Then we get into a quick talk about Alfredo 2 and why Bruce is turning into B Dolores Tucker. Enjoy.
