Don’t say that! hosted by actor and single loser Emma Horn is a podcast for anyone wanting to find the unedited version of themselves. Inspired by Emma’s journey of unmasking, throughout each episode she goes off script (literally) navigating topics and situations that we might struggle to say out loud.
Some weeks it’ll just be Emma and her listeners but others she will be joined by an equally funny and hot co-host, chatting through things like living life as a neurodivergent woman, sexuality, our bodies… and of course learning to write our own scripts for life despite society’s attempt to shut us the heck up.
New episodes each week - if Emma’s adhd allows it.

This episode I am joined by a very special co-host, the OG Aussie IT girl...my unofficial sister AND on screen bully, Caitlin Stasey! We met filming Class Of '07 (Amazon Prime) and somehow now we fight like it's a competitive sport and it is (for us).
Today we ask the essential questions that nobody else seems to... like, is it actually weird to ask the local hot barista guy for sperm? (Spoiler: NO we deserve it.) We get real about being female actors in this day and age, shameful moments, air out our past fights and debate why people who don't like cats shouldn't have children.

It's the very first episode of Don’t Say That! oh my gosh, I'm scared. This episode is all about getting pretty real about the long, weird, exhausting AND wonderful road to figuring myself out as a neurodivergent and queer woman. From childhood sleepovers to an anxiety diagnosis, from high school survival mode to the acting and influencer world that practically rewards masking...this episode is reflecting back on the moments that led to discover who I am today.
We talk masking for survival, first experiences, people pleasing, and the moment it finally clicked...oh, that wasn’t “just anxiety,” that was me trying to function in a world that wasn’t built for my brain. COOL.
If you’ve ever felt misunderstood, too sensitive or like you’ve been performing a character for the majority of your life - this pod is for you my friend.
