#1 Best Remedy for POOR Eyesight (Especially Over 50!)
Around 1 in 4 people over 65 have cataracts, and by 80, that figure jumps to 1 in 2. Many people go blind because of this! Find out how to help prevent cataracts naturally with an effective natural remedy. 0:00 Introduction: Cataracts explained 0:17 What causes cataracts? 1:34 The best remedy for cataracts 3:44 NAC for cataracts and eye health 5:04 How to use NAC for cataracts 5:55 Cataract risk factors NAC Product Link: 🛒 https://drbrg.co/43jGdCW BOOK LINK: https://www.amazon.com/Cataract-Cure-... DATA: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles...https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12001...https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26084... All it takes is a small amount of oxidative stress to the eye's lens to develop a cataract. A healthy lens is composed of an organized protein called crystallin. When this tissue becomes damaged, it is not replaced. Glycation can damage the lens of the eye. It results from sugar connecting to a protein and then becoming stuck and unusable to the body. Steroids like Prednisone can also increase the risk of cataracts. Not all surgeries can eliminate cataracts, and they can come with complications. According to “The Cataract Cure” by Dr. Marios Kyriazis, there is a safe, effective remedy for cataracts. Carnosine is a unique compound that can penetrate the lens of the eye and help with cataracts. Carnosine is a potent antioxidant that can dissolve damaged proteins. It can also activate your own antioxidants. NAC (n-acetyl carnosine) eye drops are one of the best remedies for cataracts. In an experiment conducted at the Moscow Helmholtz Research Institute of Eye Diseases, scientists used NAC eyedrops at 1% concentration on rabbits. They found that NAC could reach the inner parts of the eye within 15 to 30 minutes. No side effects were reported during this experiment. The author concluded that NAC is a proposed eye treatment for eye disorders, including cataracts, glaucoma, corneal disorders, inflammation, and complications from diabetes. The same group of scientists who performed the rabbit studies also tested NAC on humans. They selected 49 volunteers with an average age of 65 who had established age-related cataracts. After 6 months, researchers found that: •41% of people presented a significant reduction of clouding in the lens •90% showed a gradual improvement in vision •89% showed up to a 100% improvement in sensitivity to glare NAC for cataracts must be used for at least 3 to 5 months. Antioxidants such as those found in onions, egg yolks, leafy greens, and grass-fed red meat can protect you against cataracts. Vitamin A is vital for eye health and can be found in cod liver oil and grass-fed liver. B vitamins, especially B2, B6, and folate, are also essential. Never Get Your Gallbladder Removed
Do not get gallbladder removal surgery unless you have to! Learn more about gallbladder stones, gallbladder function, and the side effects of gallbladder removal. Find out why gallbladder removal isn’t the only solution! 0:00 Introduction: Do not get your gallbladder removed! 0:15 Gallbladder surgery 0:53 Gallbladder function 3:12 Gallbladder stones 3:56 Gallbladder removal lies 6:25 Problems from gallbladder removal 8:30 What causes gallstones? 10:58 How to increase bile and prevent gallbladder stones DATA: https://lifewithnogallbladder.org/https://surgeonadamharris.com/underst... The gallbladder is a small sac that sits below the liver with the following important functions: •Bile storage and concentration •Regulation of bile release •Cholesterol regulation •Antimicrobial functions •Hunger and blood sugar control •Detox support •Helps trigger the antioxidant glutathione Bile is vital for the breakdown of fats, so you can absorb fat-soluble vitamins A, E, D, K1, K2, and omega-3 fatty acids. Bile can also help thyroid hormones work more efficiently. Gallbladder removal surgery is often the result of gallbladder stones. Gallstones come from a lack of bile. People are often told the following lies and convinced into gallbladder removal surgery: •There are no other options. •A diseased gallbladder causes gallstones. •You can’t prevent gallstones with diet. •Gallbladder removal does not cause complications. •Post-cholecystectomy is controversial. •Gallstones that result from pregnancy require gallbladder removal surgery. Gallstones can be caused by high levels of estrogen, being overweight, and diabetes, but one of the biggest gallbladder stone causes is high insulin! Insulin resistance resulting from chronically high insulin levels can prevent the liver from producing adequate bile and weaken the gallbladder. A low-carb diet and intermittent fasting are the best solutions for gallbladder stones. Your microbes also produce bile, so anything that destroys them can affect bile. Antibiotics and low-fat, low-cholesterol diets increase the risk for gallstones. Fatty fish has the most potent effect on bile production. You can also increase bile with cholesterol foods such as butter, eggs, shellfish, seafood, and liver. Egg yolks and liver are high in choline, a key nutrient vital for bile production. Bitter greens, arugula, radish, celery, and sauerkraut can help make additional bile salts. Citrus, betaine hydrochloride, and ACV can increase acidity to trigger the release of bile. Herbs like turmeric, ginger, milk thistle, parsley, and cilantro are also beneficial. Chronic stress increases cortisol, which suppresses bile. The BIG Zinc Mistake
Taking too much zinc or too little can lead to unwanted side effects. Discover 4 common zinc mistakes people make that can interfere with its effectiveness. Avoid zinc dosage mistakes when taking supplements to maximize the amazing health benefits of zinc! 0:00 Introduction: 4 common zinc mistakes people make when taking supplements 0:20 Taking too much zinc 1:49 Not taking cofactors with zinc supplements 3:20 Not knowing when to take zinc 3:55 Foods high in zinc and trace minerals 4:19 Taking not enough zinc 6:10 Zinc sources and zinc supplements Did you know that without enough zinc, you will die? Over 200 to 300 different enzymes in your body require zinc! Avoid these 4 big zinc supplement mistakes! 1. Taking too much zinc Zinc and copper work together and compete for absorption. Always take copper with zinc to avoid a copper deficiency. Some parts of the immune system benefit from high doses of zinc, while others thrive with just the right amount of zinc. Taking 100 to 200 mg of zinc for 3 days is beneficial if you have an inflammatory infection, but high doses of zinc for extended periods can also be damaging. Know when to take zinc and avoid high doses for long periods. 2. No cofactors taken with zinc Cofactors are vitamins and minerals that work together to allow our biochemistry to work. For zinc to function properly in the body, you need adequate magnesium, vitamin B6, and folate. 3. Not knowing when you’re deficient White nail spots can sometimes indicate a zinc deficiency, but how can you know for sure if you’re deficient? Try the zinc test! Take a small amount of zinc in your mouth and swish it around. If you can taste the metallic taste, you are not deficient. If you can’t taste anything, you need more zinc. 4. Taking too little zinc Taking too little zinc is just as bad as taking too much! Carbohydrates contain phytic acid, which blocks zinc. This is why zinc deficiency is so common in children. Diarrhea can deplete zinc and other minerals, and low stomach acid can inhibit mineral absorption. Alcohol, pregnancy, and high estrogen from birth control pills can also increase your demand for zinc. Red meat, shellfish, liver, and oysters are the best sources of zinc. If you opt for supplements, you must take at least 30 mg of zinc daily for a therapeutic effect. Zinc works best when taken with food, but it still works on an empty stomach. This Was DESTROYING My Life
Insomnia is torture! In this video, I’ll share several sleep tips to address the real reason why you’re waking up at night. Find out how to sleep better at night and eliminate sleep problems for good. 0:00 Introduction: How can I sleep better at night? 0:57 Magnesium for better sleep 2:11 Low blood sugar and sleep problems 2:50 Tips to sleep better at night 3:46 Salt and sleep 4:39 Increasing melatonin to sleep better at night 5:22 Liver health and insomnia Cortisol should be at its lowest point at 2 a.m., but for some, it’s at its highest! This can cause night waking and other sleep problems that can really interfere with your day. Sleep medication can worsen this problem by causing your cortisol to rise even more. Magnesium glycinate before bed can help lower cortisol, which can help you sleep better at night. Twitching and cramping can signify a magnesium deficiency. Low blood sugar can increase cortisol and cause you to wake up at night. If your diet is high in carbs, your blood sugar may decrease while sleeping, and your body will increase cortisol levels to normalize your blood sugar. If you’re waking up at 2 a.m., evaluate what you ate the day before. Refined starches, MSG, alcohol, snacking, and eating late can disturb sleep. Salt cravings can signify a sodium deficiency. Sodium helps lower cortisol, so add more sea salt to your meals throughout the day if you’re having salt cravings. Here are a few other sleep tips that can help you sleep better at night: •Avoid suspense and action movies before bed •Avoid blue light before bed •Get plenty of sunlight during the day •Go for long walks •Exercise to release excess energy The liver detoxifies the body between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. Night waking during this time frame could signify a problem with the liver. Milk thistle before bed can help. Restless legs syndrome can be related to a B1 or magnesium deficiency. Lower your carb intake and increase your consumption of these nutrients. A high pulse rate could signify a potassium deficiency, which can also interfere with sleep. Apple cider vinegar before bed can help stabilize blood sugar for better sleep, but make sure it’s diluted. How to Remove Skin Tags and Warts Overnight
I’m going to show you how to get rid of skin tags overnight. This will not only get rid of skin tags and warts, but it will also prevent them from coming back! Discover the best home remedy for skin tags that makes skin tag removal at home a breeze. 0:00 Introduction: Wart or skin tag removal at home 0:20 Differences between skin tags and warts 0:52 Insulin and skin tags 2:49 Lowering insulin to prevent skin tags 3:13 Warts and vitamin D 5:13 How to get rid of skin tags and warts Today, I’m going to share two effective home remedies for skin tags and warts. A wart is caused by the HPV virus, while skin tags usually occur in areas of friction. High insulin can increase one's susceptibility to skin tags. People with diabetes, overweight people, and women with PCOS are at a higher risk of developing them. When you produce too much insulin over a period of time, you can develop insulin resistance. Too much insulin is caused by eating too many carbs or frequent eating. Insulin resistance makes it difficult to absorb glucose. Over time, this deprives your brain cells of fuel, leading to memory problems, concentration problems, and early dementia. The solution is to give your body an alternative fuel source, such as ketones, fatty acids, and protein. To do this, lower your carbs and do intermittent fasting. This will lower insulin and prevent growths like skin tags and warts. A virus that comes out of remission can create warts if your immune system is compromised. Sufficient vitamin D can support the immune system and put these viruses back in remission. Take 10,000 IU of vitamin D daily, especially in winter. Povidone iodine is an excellent remedy for skin tags. It has potent antiviral and antimicrobial properties, so it’s also good for warts. Iodine dissolves the protein in the skin tag and acts as a dehydrator. Garlic contains allicin, a powerful antiviral compound effective against warts. Because it’s often difficult to differentiate between warts and skin tags, add garlic to ensure your remedy is effective. Crush one clove of garlic and combine one drop of garlic with one drop of iodine. Apply the mixture to your wart or skin tag and cover it with a band-aid. Repeat this every day until your skin tag or wart is gone. Disclaimer: Dr. Eric Berg received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1988. Breakfast is a Lie
What you eat for breakfast affects how you feel for the rest of the day. Discover the best breakfast foods that boost morning energy and improve cognitive function throughout the day. Find out how a healthy morning breakfast can significantly change your overall well-being. 0:00 Introduction: How breakfast affects your day 1:22 The problem with carbs for breakfast 1:30 Collagen Peptides 4:09 Protein for a healthy breakfast 4:30 Eggs for breakfast 4:53 What to eat for breakfast 7:48 The importance of sleep Fix your gut health with this free guide:    • Fix Your Gut with ONE Microbe What you eat for breakfast affects your ability to focus, your creative ability to solve problems, and how well you sleep at night. A carb-heavy breakfast promotes insulin resistance, which inhibits your ability to absorb fuel. The first place you’ll notice this is in your brain. Ketones are a much better fuel for your brain than sugar. To make ketones, you need to lower your carbs and sugar. You can also produce ketones by fasting. While fasting, your body must convert to making ketones for energy. Carbohydrate breakfast foods leave you hungry within an hour-and-a-half of eating. Sugary cereal is a poor choice for breakfast. Magic Spoon or keto-friendly granola without added sugar is a better option. Oatmeal is generally one of the most ultra-processed foods. If you want to eat oatmeal for breakfast, look for regular oatmeal without sugar. The best option for oatmeal is steel-cut oats, although they take longer to cook. Oatmeal and wheat are heavily sprayed with glyphosate, which has been shown to cause cancer and problems with your gut. Choose organic to avoid this problem. Replacing your breakfast food with protein such as meat, bacon, and eggs can significantly change your energy levels and cognitive function. Eggs and bacon are the perfect healthy morning breakfast. You can also add avocado or cheese. Cheese is very nutritious, a good source of protein, and has good bacteria due to the fermentation process. Yogurt is a great breakfast option. Choose organic Greek or Bulgarian yogurt without added sugar, or make your own yogurt. Instead of giving your kids Wonder bread, try a sprouted bread like Ezekiel bread. Add peanut butter for extra protein. Red meat and pork sausage are also great breakfast foods. It’s important to prioritize sleep! Losing just one hour of sleep can significantly affect your blood sugar and cognitive state. Why Your Vitamins Are Not Working
Does it seem like your vitamins aren't working? In this video, I’ll tell you how to increase vitamin absorption in the body. Find out how to take vitamins correctly to increase vitamin effectiveness. 0:00 Introduction: Do I need to take vitamins? 0:36 Low stomach acid and vitamin absorption 1:35 The best vitamins for absorption 2:43 Fillers in vitamins and supplements 3:16 Vitamin effectiveness and diet 4:00 Multivitamins 4:29 Vitamin D3 5:36 Vitamins and chronic illness 6:34 Increasing dose to increase vitamin effectiveness You may be wondering, do I need to take vitamins? Your body needs around 180 nutrients, and it’s often difficult to satisfy these requirements, especially for vitamin D, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin B3. You can not always identify nutrient deficiencies in the blood. Low stomach acid interferes with vitamin and mineral absorption. If you have low stomach acid, you might also experience problems breaking down food with vitamin B12. Indigestion, heartburn, and SIBO are common symptoms of low stomach acid. Synthetic vitamins aren't the same as natural ones. Do not take synthetic vitamin B12 or B9! Some nutrients need other nutrients to function properly, so taking them in isolated forms rather than a complex can cause problems. Many vitamins contain fillers like maltodextrin that compete for nutrients such as vitamin C. Vitamin B1 is essential for breaking down sugar and carbs, so when you consume maltodextrin, it’s easy to become deficient. Poor diet could be a reason why vitamins aren’t working for you. If you’re diabetic, prediabetic, or have insulin resistance, vitamin absorption will be greatly inhibited. Fix this by going on a low-carb diet. Poor-quality supplements often contain calcium carbonate, which is limestone! Multivitamins with calcium and magnesium are poorly absorbed because these two minerals compete for absorption. Vitamin effectiveness is greatly influenced by dosage. The RDA for vitamin D3 is only 600 IU, but you need around 10,000 IU daily. If you have a chronic illness, you need therapeutic doses of vitamins, not small amounts. Always pay attention to the milligram dosage when choosing a supplement! Taking too little of a supplement significantly reduces vitamin absorption and effectiveness. STOP Taking This Now
Never take iron supplements! Iron is the most toxic mineral that you can consume. In this video, we’re going to talk about some of the dangerous side effects of iron supplements. Find out why iron deficiency anemia may not be related to iron deficiency at all. 0:00 Introduction: Why you shouldn’t take iron supplements 0:10 The dangers of iron supplements 0:34 Side effects of too much iron 1:13 Iron toxicity 1:23 What causes too much iron? 1:37 Side effects of iron supplements 3:53 Hidden iron 4:22 Iron and copper 5:40 Copper deficiency 6:36 Iron deficiency anemia explained Too much iron over time can cause iron accumulation in your organs and tissues. Some people have a genetic problem that makes it difficult to eliminate iron if it accumulates too much. Potential side effects of too much iron include the following: 1. Cancer 2. Liver disease 3. Heart disease 4. Low testosterone 5. Low libido 6. Diabetes 7. Chronic fatigue syndrome 8. Infertility 9. Neurodegeneration 10. Inflammatory diseases Iron deficiency is one of the most common mineral deficiencies, but iron can also be dangerous if you’re getting too much. Iron toxicity is one of the most underdiagnosed and overlooked conditions. When you take iron supplements, you don't absorb very much. The excess iron accumulates in the digestive tract, causing constipation, nausea, diarrhea, bloating, and irritation of the colon. The type of iron in iron supplements feeds pathogens. Red meat is a better source of iron. Heme iron from red meat and fish is absorbed much more easily. It goes straight into the bloodstream. Red meat also has other nutrients like B vitamins, zinc, and selenium. High-quality protein also helps to balance iron. Many processed foods contain added iron in the forms of ferrous fumarate, ferrous sulfate, and ferrous gluconate. The most common sources of iron are supplements, fortification, and cooking with cast iron cookware. Liver damage will also cause you to accumulate iron. A lack of copper is a common cause of dysfunctional iron because copper helps control iron in the body. Many enzymes dependent on copper relate directly to the control of iron. The first enzyme involved with copper converts iron into a less accumulative and less toxic form. Copper also allows you to transport iron through the body. Copper is involved in a powerful antioxidant that reduces oxidation caused by iron! Glyphosate, antibiotics, high fructose corn syrup, and wheat products can cause copper deficiency. Iron deficiency anemia may really be iron dysfunctional anemia, which is often related to a copper deficiency. Oysters, shellfish, and organ meats are the best food sources of copper.
