These mattresses often fail to properly fit certain playyards or mini-cribs creating dangerous gaps that can trap or suffocate infants. The non-full-sized crib model also fails to meet federal flammability standards creating an additional fire risk. The recalled models include the Criblike Pack and Play mattresses XCD-001 and XCD-002, and the Mini-crib mattress MNCL-001.
About 117,900 of these mattresses were sold in the US through Amazon between May 2023 and September 2025.
Stop using these recalled mattresses. To receive a full refund, destroy the mattress by cutting it in half, take a photo of the destroyed product, and email the photo to the company at Criblike-service_2025@outlook.com adding the words “Recall Proof” and your name to the subject line. Use the same email to request more information.
