EP. 18 - The Importance of Self-Care

In today's episode we talked about the importance of self-care. I first gave the dictionary definition and then went into a class that I am currently taking in college called Junior Seminar. In this class, we explore a certain topic throughout the semester and this semester's topic is one's health. This week, we were talking about self-care and the professor asked us a couple of questions for HW, and here are my answers.
