Kelsey has strong opinions and soap boxes about mainstream mom culture just like I do, so I LOVED chatting with her!

In this conversation we definitely dropped some f-bombs as we got fired up about the following topics:

• Being a mom who owns a business, not a business owner who is a mom- never apologizing for being a mom first
• The huge gap in education during pregnancy about what is physiologically happening
• Against bounce back culture- realistic postpartum goals
• Putting blinders on to all the noise on social media and being weary of trusting black and white statements like "Kegels don't work" when individualized care is required.
• So much pelvic PT tips and info
• Not being narrator of your own story is when things feel less magical- in birth and life
• It's okay to not be good at everything, everyday:)
