Welcome to Dry Humor — the podcast for anyone who realized alcohol was taking more than it was giving… and decided to do something about it.
Your host, Audrey will talk about life on the other side of alcohol — the awkward social stuff, the surprising clarity, the identity crises, and yes… the moments that are actually pretty damn funny.
Listen in on open conversations with real people who decided to put down the drink and pick up, well… everything else. The good, the bad, the funny, the boring, and the unexpectedly great.
Because let’s be honest — sobriety doesn’t have to be all deep quotes and green juice. Sometimes it’s just figuring out how to dance at a wedding without a margarita in your hand.
This is Dry Humor, where we find levity in sobriety.
Because if we can’t laugh about it… what are we even doing?

Welcome to the Dry Humor Podcast! I'm Audrey, alcohol-free since July 11, 2022. I've been hosting support calls for sober and sober-curious women for over 2.5 years. Talking about sobriety and everything that comes with it is one of my very favorite things. We can take sobriety seriously, but still find the levity in it all, and that's my goal for this podcast. I dare you not to smile during one of these episodes. It's going to be a good time!
