The Dynasty Queens hosts NiaJ and Pamela Nicole welcome Sensei Beverly Bradley, a martial artist with over 25 years of experience, a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, and training in Sanuces Ryu.After the tragic 2004 kidnapping and murder of 11-year-old Carlie Brucia, Sensei Beverly took action by volunteering self-defense classes across New York schools, earning the title “Crusader for Self-Defense” by The New York Post.Her impactful work has been featured in Essence, Black Elegance, BRIC TV, and international media, and she has written self-defense articles for Heart & Soul magazine. She has also traveled to West Africa to empower underserved children.Sensei Beverly is the creator of KILINDA SuperShero, a comic inspired by the Swahili word for “protector,” designed to teach self-defense and healthy decision-making through powerful storytelling. Following the success of Volume 1—celebrated with a Billboard feature in Times Square—Volume 2 is set to release this summer. She also holds an MS in Health Communication for Social Change from CUNY.
