In the last episode this year of the book review podcast, 'The Story Guide,' co-hosts and freshmen Heather Davis and Polly Greaves discuss the new science fiction book Davis chose to review: 'The Loop' by Ben Oliver. They will be joined by guest star Zachary Davis to debate the pros and cons of the book. This is the last episode they will review before Heather Davis goes to Richland High School and Polly Greaves stays at PHS. They will then call each other from across the town to keep reviewing books next year.
In the series finale of Memory Space, and the last part of the Skylanders miniseries. Senior Will Ligon and junior Milo Wentz talk about the vibe, sounds, and motifs of Skylanders Trap Team. The duo share a love for this series and especially the music. Because of this they came up with the idea to rank to the music. The music was composed by the talented Lorne Balfe. He also composed music for Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, Black Adam, and Top Gun: Maverick.

This episode, host freshmen Polly Greaves and Heather Davis will review the concepts of sacrifice, peace, and power in "The Loss of the Burying Ground" by J. Anderson Coats. It is a fantasy-dystopian book featuring two girls with contrasting personalities. In recognition of teacher appreciation week and April as National Library Month, this episode will feature Ms. Riley, a librarian here at PHS, toward the end of the episode.

The hosts will discuss the meaning of the book and what they each thought about it. Freshman Polly Greaves landed on fantasy after spinning “genre wheel," so she will pick a fantasy book to review for their next episode.
In this exclusive episode, sophomore Gracie Patterson gives a rundown on the upcoming robotics competition. Robotalons and juniors Aryan Kammilli, Roman Peralta, and Abhi Mukkavili discuss their roles in the competition. The competition consists of 28 teams from Texas and New Mexico. For the past 9 weeks, their team worked to collaborate and build different robots to compete and win. The Robotalons also won their first ever award, the "Creativity Award" sponsored by Rockwell Automation. This episode dives into the preparation leading up to the competition.
Prosper students Will Ligon and Eli Deutsch talk to sophomore golfers Davis Cioletti and Yunjae Park about their experiences with golf. Davis and Yunjae share their thoughts, motivations, and mindsets for how they compete for golf. Along with how they go with the daily practices.
After spinning the new 'genre wheel,' freshman Polly Greaves chose 'The Downstairs Girl' by Stacey Lee for historical fiction. The book discusses gender and racial segregation, touching on themes of identity and social class, where power equals worth. Freshman Heather Davis spun the wheel and got dystopian for their next genre.
