Megan Brown on chronic fatigue, mother’s guilt and a commonsense approach to health and wellbeing.
In today’s episode of the Eb n Flow Podcast, I am joined in the studio by the lovely Megan Brown a.k.a. Mumlete.
Megan is a multifaceted powerhouse with a wealth of knowledge and a heart of gold. She is a dedicated wife and mother to two beautiful daughters and also runs multiple businesses with an all female gym. And a thriving online coaching business where she supports hundreds of women all over assisting them to be better, healthier and happier versions of themselves.
It was through her own experience of navigating the uncharted waters of chronic fatigue that she was able to rebuild her health and birth the fit mum method which underpins everything she now lives by and teaches.
In this episode Megan takes us through the challenges she faced after the birth of her second daughter Logie. And shares everything from the lack of no sleep and chronic weight loss to reframing her perception of health and re-teaching herself how to sleep.
This episode is a must listen for all mothers and women in general. As it specifically touches on the sensitivity of women’s hormones and the importance of taking a commonsense approach to our health, especially after having children.
I hope you enjoy.
