We learn about our worth from our parents. We learn about the value of money from our parents. It's time to unlearn everything and learn our own worth.

In this episode I begin talking about my experience with love. I questioned why was I not loved? Never chosen? Why was I not enough? I talk about how I learned these thought patterns by watching my parents' marriage. I do not blame but I di recognize how I learned the behaviors.

Hello! I'm new! I don't know what to do! Who knows this movie quote? Haha. It's from Joe Dirt and it's exactly what I'm saying now. I'm starting off not knowing what I'm doing but I know I've been wanting to do a podcast. I've been putting it off until today. I'm telling myself, at 53 years old, that I still haven't found my purpose in life. Of course, I know that's not true but it sure does feel that way when I'm depleted and more in my 3D head.
