She serves as the Field Strategy Coordinator for the Church of the Nazarene in Central Europe, providing strategic leadership and oversight for ministry across fourteen countries. Originally from Albania, her journey has taken her through Italy, Germany, and beyond, where she has served as a missionary, educator, and pastor. Deeply rooted in the Wesleyan-Holiness tradition, Cezarina is passionate about spiritual formation, leadership development, and missional engagement within multicultural contexts.
