I reflect on 2025—the highs and lows of podcasting, the projects that didn’t work out, the lessons I learned the hard way, and the gratitude I feel for every guest who trusted me with their story. I also talk openly about grief, aging, money habits, ambition, and how losing someone I love changed the way I think about life and death.
I share the New Year’s resolutions I completely failed, the intentions I’m setting for 2026, and why I’m focusing less on becoming someone new and more on being real with myself.
