Հունաստանի և Մակեդոնիայի Նախկին Հարավսլավական Հանրապետության միջև տասնամյակներ տևած վեճը լուծվեց Պրեսպայի համաձայնագրով, որը պահանջում էր սահմանադրական հոդվածների և նախաբանի փոփոխություններ։ Ադրբեջանը ևս Հայաստանից պահանջում է սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ, սակայն արդյոք հնարավոր է հարցը լուծել Պրեսպայի օրինակով՝ մեկնաբանում է Ջորջ Մենեշեանը։
