Code Geass: Time Travel – Chapter 10: Big Surprises for Lelouch’s Group and the Britannia Empire: The Second Attack on the Black Knights Headquarters

After a series of intense missions and emotional revelations, Lelouch and Kallen finally find a brief moment of peace. Kallen, determined to spend time with the man she loves, steals Lelouch’s attention away from his endless strategies and books. Their rare moment of affection turns into a heartwarming — and slightly mischievous — scene that reminds everyone that even revolutionaries need love.

When Kallen suggests a double date with Suzaku and Euphemia, Lelouch reluctantly agrees, leading to a mix of humor and chaos as the four enjoy a picnic together. However, their peace doesn’t last long. Milly, Shirley, and Nina suddenly appear with grim news — Rivalz has been arrested by Britannian forces, who are now targeting the friends and families of the Black Knights.

Lelouch decides to act with bold compassion, bringing his former schoolmates to the Black Knights’ headquarters, turning the surprise into a heartwarming reunion for Nunnally. Yet behind this tender moment, dark clouds gather over the Britannian Empire. Emperor Charles learns of the escape and orders Schneizel to find Cornelia, setting the stage for renewed conflict.

When Cornelia warns Lelouch that Schneizel is tracking her and the Black Knights, the calm shatters completely. The Britannian Army launches a second massive assault on the Black Knights’ base. What follows is a fierce, three-hour battle of strategy, courage, and loyalty. Despite the chaos, Lelouch’s forces — with Kallen, Suzaku, Cornelia, and Euphemia united — manage to repel the invasion.

As the smoke clears, Euphemia’s simple question — “Did we win?” — is met with Kallen’s exhausted but triumphant reply: “Yes… we have won for now.”

A fleeting victory, a looming threat, and the bonds of family and friendship tested once again — the war for the future of Britannia is far from over.

Code Geass: Time Travel – Chapter 9: Family Times, G.G.’s Escape Plan, and G.G. Joins the Black Knights

In this heartwarming yet tense chapter, peace briefly settles over the Black Knights as Kallen proposes something Lelouch never expected—family time. With Jeremiah now among their ranks and no immediate attacks to plan, Kallen convinces Lelouch that A.A., their daughter born from the Geass Order’s experiments, deserves to experience love and belonging for the first time. Together, they spend a quiet day as a family—watching movies, playing games, and teaching A.A. chess—allowing Lelouch to feel a rare sense of peace.

Meanwhile, at the Geass Order, G.G. grows restless under V.V.’s watch. Disillusioned by the Order’s cruelty, she senses A.A.’s happiness through their bond and resolves to break free. Her defiance only deepens when a young Geass user reports her lack of obedience to V.V., but G.G. no longer cares—she is done being their puppet. In a dreamlike vision, she reaches out to A.A., asking her to have the Black Knights launch a distraction so she can escape.

Back at the Black Knights’ base, A.A. awakens and gently asks Lelouch to attack the Geass Order’s stronghold to help her beloved mentor. Despite his exhaustion, Lelouch agrees, moved by his daughter’s sincerity. As Kallen drifts back to sleep beside A.A., Lelouch begins to devise a brilliant rescue plan under the dim glow of his desk lamp.

This chapter bridges affection and strategy, showcasing the emotional evolution of Lelouch’s family and setting the stage for the daring liberation of G.G.—a move that will soon shift the balance between the Black Knights and the Geass Order forever.

After Lelouch’s emotional truth-telling to his family, the Black Knights find themselves at a crossroads — uncertain whether to follow “Zero” or the prince behind the mask. When Lelouch reasserts his leadership, he outlines a new mission: uniting Britannians and Japanese under a single cause. His goal becomes clear — to recruit Lord Jeremiah Gottwald, the once-loyal knight of Lady Marianne, as a powerful ally.

Tension fills the air as Jeremiah, still burdened by guilt and loyalty, faces Zero — only for Lelouch to reveal his true identity. Shock turns to devotion as Jeremiah kneels, swearing to protect Lelouch, Nunnally, and his daughter A.A.

Back at headquarters, the reunited team celebrates their newest member. As the Gawain soars through the night sky, Lelouch’s resolve hardens — Britannia will soon face judgment not from a masked rebel, but from its own betrayed prince. The rise of the true Black Knights has begun.

As the Black Knights regroup after their latest mission, Lelouch faces the heaviest burden of leadership yet — revealing his true identity. While tensions rise among allies and former enemies alike, Lelouch prepares to confront the organization he built under a mask. Joined by C.C., Kallen, Suzaku, and even former Britannian nobles like Cornelia and Guilford, the fragile alliance reaches a breaking point.
