i actually started recording this episode back in november, it's taken a while for me to finally upload it but here we are!
believing in yourself is so important to me since, if no one believes in you, who will? i always love how whenever i dive into any of these sort of topics i begin to understand how it intertwines with other aspects of living. i like to think that belief in one's self can lead to further understanding on how to love one's self, that itself has multiple positive consequences that can and will be explored in future episodes!

good day! this was another unplanned one between enzo and i! we were having quite the conversation before he headed to bed and it just felt right to record it and see how it turns out!
